In the event of the death, resignation or total disability of the President-Elect, or in the event the President-Elect succeeds to the presidency as provided in this section, the President shall serve as Acting Chair of the House of Delegates until the vacancy in the office of President-Elect shall be filled by election of the House of Delegates following nomination of a candidate by the Nominating Committee.
